****Update***

Gosh, hope this is ok that I am just updating this as I go, I turned my brain on and found ‘customise’ where I can click all sections individually and update there. So I think for now this ticket can be closed. I am in Australia and it is night time here now so I am turning the computer off for the night.

thank you 🙂

kind regards, Gaye

UPDATE***I organised my pages and created my own menu! I worked that much out.

Next question: how is the Logo and announcement edited? As soon as I turn on ‘edit page’ they disappear from the screen and the navigation menu also disappears, I’ve never used Kadence before so I cannot see where to edit these. See the new screenshot.

Hello, I did a quick search of your FAQ database and did not find the answer to this.
I have just installed the Iris theme. All went well as far as I can see except the navigation menu is not showing on my site. I chose Homepage 1 if that helps any.
When I go to Appearance>Menus, the menu from the demo site is not there to choose to display.
Please advise what to do. I am a long time DIVI user and came across your Iris demo site and fell in love! I have followed all your tutorials so far and this problem is not covered in them.

To edit the logo you would go to the Customizer > Header > then logo.  When you click in to edit the page only what is on the page will show in the editor.  Things like your header/nav area, sidebar and footer are all going to be edited in the customizer.
