2 – Support covers what you see in the demo and making sure that everything works correctly with the latest versions of WordPress or Genesis. Customizations would be considered anything you want to add or change to the theme that may not already be in it. Examples are, additional features to your website, moving widget areas around, changing fonts, etc. We would love to provide you a quote for any customizations you would like.
