CSS won’t reflect change

I am having no luck changing the font in the Testamonial Rotator. I Found in the “inspect” the line that needs to be changed and changing the CSS in the inspect sidebar does what I want.  I found that exact same line in the code and made the same change in the theme editor and it will not apply. Help???

If it is not changing it is most likley the hosting cache is holding on to the change and would need to be cleared. What is the URL and spot you are trying to change? The screen shot attached is of something else.
