Hi there! I recently purchased the Hello Chic Theme and wanted to change one the fonts. I tried to understand your last comment on a similar question, but I don’t know how to get the font folder. Is it through the FTP? If so, if I am using your hosting do I need log in information to gain access to that? I tried to change it but it now defaults to a different font, so I’m assuming I did something wrong. I’d appreciate your help on this.

I’ve just emailed over your login details for the sftp access. We can also help you change out the fonts if you need it.

If you are able to assist me that would be perfect! Where can I send you the font files. Also, I don’t see an email yet.

It should have come directly from your site, so it will look like an email from yourself. I’m sending you an email right now.
