Hover Color Same as Background – Link Disappears

Hello, the hover color is the same as the footer background on the Blush Theme so the link disappears when you hover. I looked at the customizer and also tried several other things to change the color and I am not able to find this? I’d also like to change the hover color on the blog post titles and cannot find that option either? Are these two hover options editable?

If this is for kadence the settings are in the footer settings in the customizer.  You can modify the link colors for the footer.
