I know this may not be possible but I would like my Homepage to be my most recent posts and have it look like the blog page of the Hello Boho theme. Is there a way to do it without having to set up a special page for it?

Right now with the way the theme is currently designed there is not a way to do this without a little rework to the theme file.  You can email your URL and login to support@helloyoudesigns.com and we can modify your theme for you.
