Hello, My logo is a circular design. I have tried to upload it to as a 300×300, but I continue to get an error message.

replied 3 years ago The error has left, but now it is only giving me the option to crop it in a partial view. I’m not given an option to make it any size other than 700×300; even with it now being 300×300 (square vs. horizontal).
Support TeamThat is correct. The logo can only be that size canvas unless you modify the code in the theme file. You can load that 300×300 logo centered on a 700 by 300 canvas for it to display correctly.

I did try to use my horizontal version that I resized to a 700×724 but it is still trying to crop it?
It will. The theme only knows to upload a 700by 300 canvas. Anything else and it will try to crop it to that same aspect ratio. If you need any help feel free to send over the logos to support@helloyoudesigns.com
