Hi, I am getting the error Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response when I am using custom HTML.  I have used this same custom HTML in the past on some of my other pages.  I have tried resetting/updating permalinks.  Any idea how to fix?  I attached the HTML code in a txt file.  My theme is Hello Blush. Thank you!

The attachment didn’t seem to go through. Can you reattach, or send to support@helloyoudesigns.com

Is it only when you try to save the custom html?  Or when you try to save anything?  Typically that is a hosting error.  And is usually as simple as closing out of the site, clearing browser cache and going back in.

Only on that custom HTML. When I remove the block, I am able to save the post. I tried all that cache clearing and rebooting my PC. Here is the code since the attachment didn’t go through:

(() => {const e=document.createElement(‘script’); e.src=`https://designfiles.co/assets/embed-board.js?r=${Date.now()}`; document.body.appendChild(e);})()

Thanks!

For anyone that runs into this, the host said to use the classic editor for now, which fixed the issue temporarily until the next WordPress update.
