Hello! 
I’m trying to create a page using the Kadence Library for Hello Orchid and I’m getting the following error:

Error, Unable to access library database, please try re-syncing

 
Could you please advise how to fix this – I’ve tried re-syncing to the cloud as the error suggests and nothing happens. 
Appreciate your assistance with this one.

When this happens it is 1 of two items, either your host is blocking access through a server firewall, or a security block. Or it is your site is running an outdated SSL cert and our site is blocking it as not secure/safe. If you would like you can email me and I will send the 2 items that you can ask your host about. jennifer@helloyoudesigns.com
