The navigation won’t show like it is set to on the desktop is reverting to the hamburger menu with side navigation.
Should be the left menu, logo, and right on desktop.  Did just update everything and changed the button that is set in my header. Plus a social and button above my menus. 

I have attached what it is supposed to be via the screenshot attached.

On your desktop the view is correct when I look at your link. The issue with it turning into the mobile menu style when in the customizer is because the window you are viewing on is small, and when the side menu on the left is there, it makes the display view on the right fall into mobile viewing sizes. If you’re see mobile viewing sizes all the time (when looking on desktop), then it is because your display screen is 1200px or less. To adjust that you can go to the customizer, go to header, click on the mobile tab, click on design and modify the size that it turns to mobile. Wouldn’t go less than 1080px, right now it is set to 1200px.

Weird… I have checked on my laptop and my desktop which is a huge curved monitor both are showing mobile view for me. I have also looked at this on my laptop with no issues before. I will clear my cache and make that adjustment and see if it corrects on my end. It is good that you are seeing it on your end the way it should be. Thank you for looking into this.
