Problem with Elementor
WhenI try to update any page in the Boho Theme, even the demo pages, all of a sudden it says there is a critical error.
I’m not sure what this error message means or why it’s happening, but I need elementor to continue editing!
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 2 of the file /home3/adultho5/public_html/ohheylj/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/controls/box-shadow.php. Error message: Namespace declaration statement has to be the very first statement or after any declare call in the script
Any help on a direction to go appreciated!
You would want to reach out to elementor and find out why it is throwing an error for the box-shadow.php in the elementor controls. I just googled this and it looks like it is a known error with Elementor, but a solution is not showing in the few posts that I browsed through.
Thank you! I’m not super familiar with code/PHP so I wasn’t sure how separate the theme and the code on my site is from the plugin its self.
Unfortunately, I can’t find elementors support without being a pro member or anything in their support center about this issue. So I guess my follow-up question if I may is how to proceed since many pages in the theme are built with Elementor. I’m not sure if I should try another plug in like Beaver Builder and just rebuild those pages myself…? Would uninstalling elemntor break the theme?
