How to resize image on About Home Section (Hello Chic)

Hello all,
 
I have an image that is a bit low res and I want to reduce the size it appears on the home page in the About home section. It is the featured image but I can’t see where in the CSS to resize it.

Can you include a link? Then screenshot so I know which section it is.
