How to set up Alternative Footer 3?

Hi Jennifer,
How do I set up alternative footer 3?
Also, how to remove credentials from the footer and change the color of the black bar? I tried in the colors section in Widgets Customizer, but nothing happened?

The alternative footer was not added to the theme and should not have been in the setup docs.  We have just removed them. If you would like us to set that layout up for you, email your URL and login to support@helloyoudesigns.com and we can make the modifications for you.
 
To change the site footer, it is at Appearance > Customizer > Colors and then the one at the very bottom should adjust the black footer color.  If it is not, please send your URL and login over to the support email, and we can take a look.
