How to update theme?

Hi there.
I just update Genesis and the image sections are not working correctly. I also just downloaded the last version of my theme but I don’t know how to update it on wp.
Any tutorial or help?

That is perfect. You can do it that way. Or the other way is to go into the file manager, or FTP and replace the theme files.

Hello! Please sorry for my such a primary question. I think I was able to update the theme by installing the new version and activating it. I don’t know if this is the most correct way to do this, but it worked.
