Password Reset

I submitted a question days ago and somehow it has been deleted and unanswered. 
I have tried on numerous attempts to reset my account password however I still have not received the email to reset it. 
Please advise on how we are to successfully request a new password to our account?  I would like to be able to verify that I the most current update of Hello Gorgeous because I update Genesis.

Please email jennifer@helloyoudesigns.com with your email that the theme was purchased under or the username.

The password does get stuck in a loop on Safari and chrome. Sometimes a different browser works.
