Are landing pages available in each theme?

I purchased the Hello Rose theme but would love to make a live landing page while I complete and customize the actual website. 
 
Is there any option to create a landing page in a similar style of the website templates?

With this you would want to use a coming soon plugin.  Easy Coming soon is the one that we typically use, but if you search coming soon plugins you will find a bunch of options.
