Change the padding on the header on HelloRosette

Hello, how can I change the padding on this header? When I change it in the customizer it only seems to get bigger not smaller. Here’s what I’m seeing: https://www.berrycast.com/conversations/fac2aadb-660b-54ac-af69-36a59fbc4109

That extra spacing looks to be a page setting. Is it on every page, or just that particular one? To disable it go to that page, edit, then over on the right in the editor window at the top is an index card icon that sits next to the Kadence icon. That is your page settings, click that, scroll down and select “disable” on Verticle Padding. If this is on every page and post you can adjust it in the customizer.

I checked and its already disabled on each page so I don’t think that’s it. This is what it looks like. In general this one is just looking funny blending into everything and i’m not sure how to space it out.

Can you email us login info so we can view the settings. The advice above was to shrink the white space below the logo. It didn’t address the logo hanging down. Should be an easy fix once we can view settings. support@helloyoudesigns.com
