Elementor Header Replaces Entire Page, Not Just Menu!

QuestionsCategory: Hello RoseElementor Header Replaces Entire Page, Not Just Menu!
Karl Henderson asked 9 months ago

I try to replace my old header with a new Elementor Pro header, but there’s a vertical sidebar below that replaces ALL of my content.
My goal is to only replace the header so I have a new menu, as shown in the attached file image.
I’ve tried clearing the cache, making theme default full width, making Elementor page Canvas and full width, reaching out to Elementor support, and asking the Facebook community for help. No one else on the web seems to have this issue 🙁
Bluehost support agent said it’s a theme compatibility issue. I’m obsessed with this header and NEED IT, please help!

I’m not really sure how to help with this since it is elementor.  It is possible that it is a theme issue since you have Genesis as a theme and those were widgetized homepages.  But once you override the theme with the elementor page, that should not be an issue.  Please email us support@helloyoudesigns.com with the username and password, we can try to help, but keep in mind that this is not really theme support and does fall under the customization category.
