I purchased the Hello Rose Theme. My editor doesn’t have the Gutenberg Styling.

Do you have the latest version of your theme installed? All were updated a little over a year ago for gutenberg. If it is the latest version, do you have the classic editor plugin installed? That will take away gutenberg. Or are you running the lastest WordPress that should have gutenberg?
If all of those seem correct please send a screen shot of what your editor looks like.
