Home About Section background is glitching/missing

The white background is missing being the home about me section. The white background appears sometimes and not others. Not sure how to fix this. Any ideas?

It looks like you have a lazy load, or site accelerator loaded.  That will cause this.  Jetpack is the first spot I would look.  Then to other plugins.  Let me know if you can not locate it, and I can hop on and give it a go.
