Change order of Portfolio category titles – Questions

From what I can see, portfolio categories are displayed in alphabetical order. Is it possible to change this?

It is built like a post archive, so they go by date. You can either change the dates on each one to get the order. Or you could try a Post Re-Order plugin and try to move them around.
