How do I link the titles in the flexible widget area to another page?  Also, why is there a larger space between the 1st and 2nd widget than there is between the 2nd and third widget?  How do I fix that?  See screenshot.

For this you would use a tradtional HTML link.  There should be a code snippet at the bottom of the setup guide that you can copy/paste then modify.  If you need help please let us know and we can log on and adjust it.
