What plugins are installed with theme?

Hello, 
I’d like to remove the extra plugins that automatically install with a new wordpress setup that aren’t really needed. Can you tell me which plugins need to be kept to prevent issues with the Kadence Child Theme? 

I’m thinking Optin Monster and WP Forms are probably not needed, but what other ones can I delete? Thanks!

The theme comes with Woocoomerce, Instagram, two Kadence plugins, then some will have a Cache plugin and WP recipe maker.  The only two that you have to keep are the Kadence plugins.  The others you can remove if you do not want to use those features.
