A couple questions for you

Good morning!
I asked three questions on here last week and someone has deleted them before I received the answers. Can someone please get in touch with me?

1. How do I create the small navigation bar at the top to look like the https://helloyoudesigns.com/? I’ve added the verbiage “Join our tribe…” but the “First Name” and “Email Address” boxes are appearing underneath the small navigation bar and I would love to see it across as shown on your website.
2. How do I change the footer box from white to black? Again, like your website: https://helloyoudesigns.com/
3. I can’t even remember what the 3rd question was – can someone pull my questions from your queue and review please?
