Blog Pagination 2 not showing up

Hello,
Jennifer already did this a couple months ago when I was running into issues, but for some reason the link on my site stopped working. When I click on “view all posts” on my blog page, it just goes to the same page even though the link is /blog/page/2/. It used to work and go to the automatic second page of blogs but now I can’t figure out how to get it back. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
