Bring block to front

I have an advanced text block that is positioned above my html code box containing my email opt-in. I decreased the bottom padding of the advanced text box because it was so far away from the opt-in and looked weird. However, it is positioned behind the html code block and cutes the text off. Is there a way to bring the advanced text box to the front using any settings or the css class field?

That white block is from your form code. What is a URL to preview this? I can give you the code in your form to add to your additional CSS, or scan through your form code and remove or change so it site more level with the wording.
