I purchased Hello Beaches Genesis in 2022. I had to redo my entire website this past week, and I am trying to download the Hello Shores demo into my WordPress. I downloaded Genesis; then downloaded Hello Beaches and activated it along with the plugins. Upon trying to download the two files for Hello Shores Demo, it comes up with an error for each item in the file stating they all “failed to import”, and I cannot figure out why.

The demos for the older beaches theme is no longer available.  So when you go to import the images, they will give a failed to import.  The other items like settings for widgets should import, just not the media files.

Oh no! Would that mean I need to purchase an updated/different theme in order for my website to look like it did before? I thought once I purchased, I would have those downloads available whenever/ if ever I needed them.
