Display issue on shop – theme problem or WooCommerce problem?

I’ve got a WooCommerce shop using the HelloBeauty theme and I’m having an issue with product categories and product tags. They’re showing up like blog posts instead of products. I’m not sure if this is a theme issue or a WooCommerce issue, so I’m not sure who I should be asking for help.
Here’s an example of a product category.

When you click “read the post,” it just keeps reloading this page and never actually displays the products. The main shop display works fine, but I’d like people to be able to sort the books by series, imprint, etc.

The first thing to check is that you have the Genesis Connect for Woocommerce plugin installed.  If that is not installed Genesis and Woocommerce do not speak to each other correctly.  Please let me know if that fixes it.  If it is installed and active, we will need login information to look further into this.
