Edit pages on Hello Chic Template

Hi,
I\\\’m having some trouble editing the pages of the Hello Chic theme. If I look at the demo website, the about page, I see there are many ways to customize the page (block, color blocks, headings etc.)
But, when I enter on my backend where I installed the theme, and try to edit the same About page I imported from the demo (http://www.fitflow.it/about-2/), all I see is one unique full block that doesn\\\’t allow much customization. I don\\\’t even see where the color block example is supposed to be. I was assuming each paragraph would be a separate block with its own style but it\\\’s not.
What am I missing?

The interior pages in our themes are all using the basic editor and then have additional bonus bits of code added to the theme like the color block behind text, buttons, pricing table and the accent font. To use these bonus bits you would work in the text tab and not the visual. In the setup guide there is copy and paste example code for each additional option. I\’ve attached a screenshot of where you can locate the code and how to use it.
Another option would be to use a page builder like Beaver Builder or Elementor if you would like something more complex. Or even install the new Gutenberg editor.
