Editing the Category Index Page Hello & Co

I am having trouble editing the Category Index page in the Hello and Co theme on my site. I’m not sure if this is because this page was transferred over from my other site? Or if it is something else. When I preview the page it shows your page as it appears in the demo, but when I open the page to edit it nothing is there to edit. Can you help me?

The category index page is a custom archive, and what displays on that page is a widget. If you go to Appearance > Widgets > you will see the two category widgets and that is where you can modify that page.
