Hello, I keep trying to access my design library and have been trying to sync to the cloud, but I keep getting this error message (Error, Unable to access library database, please try re-syncing). What could be the issue, and how can it be resolved?

Is everything up to date, like wordpress and php?  We see this a good bit with Bluehost hosting, are you by chance using them?  Sometimes clearing the hosting cache fixes the issue.  Can you try opening it up in an incognito window?
