Featured Image on Hello Boho Not Showing

I hired a virtual assistant to update my blog and now my featured image isn’t showing up on the posts she created for me. It was working on other posts and now it’s not.

This can be a site wide setting so all post show it, or a per post setting if you do not want all posts to show and only some. For site wide go to Appearance > Customizer > Blog Posts > Single Posts Then scroll down and select the spot that says Show Featured Image.
To do it on individual posts you would go to the page settings for the post, then scroll down and select the same option.
