Footer newsletter form not displaying

Hi, can you please check my footer, under ‘stay in the know’ the newsletter part is missing. Can you please check and update me soon? previously I post a question privately due to privacy but haven’t got any response.

Have you added your newsletter code in a custom HTML widget? Or are you using the Genesis Enews? This spot would need to be connected either route you go to your provider.
