Full width slider on Hello Blush theme

Hi I’m looking to purchase the Hello Boss theme but wanted to know if the full edge-to-edge header that is on Hello Boss can me customized into or added to Hello Blush?  Or is it just a setting that needs to be changed?

The theme file for Blush can be modified to stretch the image full width and not have the spacing around it.
