Genesis Featured Blog Posts Not Linking to All?

I’m using the Genesis Featured Posts: The Blog on my main page, and it’s showing my most recent 3 posts, and linking to them, however, it’s not providing a link underneath to see all blog posts. I’ve seen it (or so I thought) on other posts using Hello + Co theme – I have it set to show a link at the bottom, but it never shows. Am I doing something wrong?

Also before I forget – is there a way to have the date of the blog displayed on the homepage, too?
