Hello there! I’ve been updating the sections of my site by switching out the copy/photos, but suddenly Home Grid 1 will not display the image on mobile in Google and Safari though it shows on desktop and in the customize editor under appearance. It is a PNG image.

I initially did not pay attention to the size of the images, but once I read the support doc I resized them as listed. Home Grid 1 still won’t display.

I’m not sure what else to check to fix the issue.

I think your phone is holding on to an older version.  When I view this on my iphone it is showing as it should.  I’ve attached a screenshot.  Phone caches are really strong and many times need to be cleared multiple times to show what is correct after making changes to the website.

OKay! Thank you for verifying for me. I checked other phones in my home but it didn’t show up at the time. As suggested, I cleared my entire cache history and my phone still won’t pull it up, but I did see it finally from another phone. So it’s definitely something on my end. Thanks for the quick response!
