Every time I view my homepage to see how it looks it always goes back to the original work that I no longer want on it, for example my home close widget, footer 1,2,3 and social bar, I don’t know what I need to do to fix it thank you

This could be your browser cache.  Or if you are in the customizer screen and only saving as a draft and not publishing.
