Hello Beach Theme – not displaying properly

I just installed the Kadence hello beach theme and none of the pictures are showing and all the text is shifted to the left side of the template. I tried to reinstall as well and got the same thing. Screenshot below

You had some plugins that were causing conflicts with the builder.  Once deactivated, old import removed and then re-ran everything is now displaying as it should.
