Hi, I can’t relie one word from the text of my blog in the Kadence Block. Each timewhen I want to create a entrance for the blog it goes directly to the Kadence Block editor (visual editor). How can I put it in the normal WordPress editor to and to and the link or how can I create a link in Kadence Block with the word I already wrote in my text?

You hightlight the word that you want to create a link.  Then click on the thing that looks like a link, or paperclip in the editor that comes up and add a link.  Then be sure to click the little arrow after you add the link so it actually adds it to the word.
