Hello Boho image sizes

I have tried looking around, but I’m having a hard time figuring out what size to make my images to fit the Hello Boho theme and can’t find where the suggested image sizes are listed at. I am wondering if someone can give me the suggested image sizes for the Hello Boho theme. Like, the featured image size =1000 x 750 px for instance. Is there somewhere I should look for the recommended photo dimensions for the various parts of the theme?

With Kadence you no longer need specific image sizes like you did in the genesis themes. Now you can choose from different ratios, square or pull the exact image size you have loaded in. Is there a specific spot?
