Hello Chic Page Templates – Questions

Hi there,
I’m trying to create a recipe page for my blog and I think I need the Category Index template (that I saw in the demo). However, the only page templates I have in the drop-down are:

Default Template
Blog Page
Blog Grid
Landing
Social Page

The demo shows a few more page templates, am I missing them? Please advise as to the best way to categorize recipes for easy searching.

(btw, I LOVE the Hello Chic theme and we’ve had TONS of compliments on the design)

The Hello Chic does not have a Category Index in the theme. You could duplicate the look of one with a traditional page and the Gutenberg editor. Or add the Genesis Blocks plugin for more customized blocks.

I think I meant a portfolio page. That isn’t a template option in the dropdown. Is there another way to add it?

That is a custom archive. To have it show all you would do is name the page portfolio. Then the portfolio post type plugin auto places the items on it.
