Hello Coach Set Up Problems

Hello,
Just purchased the Hello Coach Template. I have uploaded it as per the instruction video. However, the website has not loaded as like in the demo. The content is completely out of sync and no pictures are loaded. 
Having had a look, it has been mentioned it has something to do with the widgets? However,  I do not know how to solve it?
Is there any way of loading the template so it looks like the demo, and I can just edit the pictures and text?
