Hello Iris Sidebar Did Not Import (Manual Install)

I had to do a manual install of the Hello Iris theme since it wouldn’t import the regular way. But the sidebar content didn’t import. How can I do that manually?

The footer didn’t import either.
I know you must be super busy…do you have any coders that you trust for something like this?
