Hello Luv Header Arrow Function

Dear Hello You Designs:
 
I have used my Hello Luv layout for a year now and I absolutely love it; thank you! Currently I am having one issue with the the theme. There is an arrow on the home landing page is no longer working (the very top banner that displays the logo and an arrow with a circle in it). Previously, this arrow would be clicked and the viewer is automatically scrolled down the page to see the navigation. Mine no longer works; any help with this?
 
I am using WordPress 5.3.1 and Genesis 3.2.1 As far as I know everything is up to date. I tried downloading and reinstalling the theme, just incase it had an update, but that did not fix the issue for me.
