I recently installed the Hello Rose theme. The image carousel looks perfect but when I add the second “Custom HTML” widget to add text and the button, they show below the carousel instead of generating an automatic box design on top of the image carousel slider. I looked up an answer to this question but the answer said to turn my settings to “latest posts” when I already have it set to that. 
Also, I sized my badged image correctly with a transparent square background but it doesn’t place in the right spot(off far to the left). Please help!

When I moved on to the next widget they both fixed automatically, weird. Thanks!

That is odd. Maybe browser cache clearing or updating. Keep me posted if it happens again.
