Hello Rosette – Block Library Not Importing

I currently am trying to change over my website theme to Hello Rosette on a staging version of my website and recently, the block library is not inserting any blocks to a page. I am able to edit existing blocks on the page and the library showcases all of them available, but when I click on a block to import, it does not. As with another person’s question, I have tried to reduce my website load by deactivating some plugins, but this has not helped either. Is there a way to fix this issue so that the blocks can import?
