Hello Rosette – Footer Links Won’t Import

The footer links on Hello Rosette will not import when I load the theme. I’ve tried to load the theme twice. When I go to add them in manually I’m getting a message about a legacy widget. Removed the old widget and add a new.  For some reason wordpress hiccups with the legacy widgets like the Navigaiton. To do that just delete that block, then add a new, it is called nav block.
