Help with FloDesk and Gensis Enews

Hi! I’ve followed all the steps on Flodesk, but I get an error
The ‘submitToken’ is required
All the fields are filled in. I’ve attached screenshots. Am I doing something wrong?

I’m not very familiar with Flodesk. Here is the setup guide I’ve found to connect it to the Genesis enews plugin
