How to edit the french rose text

Hi,
where the french rose text appears across the theme, i can’t seem to be able to edit the wording / text. If I try, the box just goes white and I get an error which says “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.”.
I wondered how it is possible to edit this text but keep the french rose font?

It is possible. It looks like you will need to delete the box and then add the nav block again. Once you do that you should be able to modify the block itself and the wording.
