How to set up scrolling social icons as seen in demo – Questions

Hello,
IIam using theme helloceo. I have contacted several times regarding directions on how to set up the scrolling social icons that are seen in the demo. Your services do say “Support covers what you see in the demo and making sure that everything works correctly with the latest versions of WordPress or Genesis. “
The scrolling social icons are seen in the demo so I am not sure why I have yet to receive DIRECTIONS on how to set it up correctly. I have been told what to do, however HOW to do it would be much more beneficial and may solve the problem.
Again, I have contacted several times and have been contacted by Jennifer, whom I am assuming is the owner of the site and themes however my questions are not being answered. So since I did pay for your services I would appreciate proper step by step instructions on how to use the widget to set up the scrolling icons bc they are not automatic.

I’m not sure I understand, HelloCEO does not have scrolling social icons. I’m also confused on how your questions are not being answered if Jennifer has responded to you. Please include a screenshot of the area that you are referring to so we can provide proper instructions.

Jennifer,
When you are on the blog section of the theme…as you move down the pace the social "share this" icons move and I would like the directions on how to set this up on my website.
Attached is a screenshot of the area I am referring to.
Attached also is the email I sent Jennifer asking for HOW to set it up and the response I got what WHAT to do, not HOW to do it. You are responding to my inquiries but the answer is not being provided.

The “Share This” is from the Genesis Simple Share plugin installed. You need to have that plugin installed, then go to the settings and set it up. The settings can be found at Genesis > Simple Share. I’ve also included a screenshot of exactly how all of our themes are setup that use this plugin.
